After three months of continual development during the exhibition at Tate Britain, the artificial life creatures in the planetarium evolved from meaningless genomes, producing creatures unable to even move, to structured bodies able to move around the sky space, using various sensors– “brains” – that reacted to their surroundings and actively searched for food, as well as other abilities, methods and survival strategies.
